Rosa Amorosa forms an upright, bushy shrub with delicate pink, very double flowers gathered in small clusters. The firm petals hold well in changeable weather, and the blooms carry a light fragrance.
Grow it in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil. Water regularly while it establishes, then provide water during hot, dry spells; feed with compost or a long-lasting rose fertilizer in spring.
Its compact 80 cm by 40 cm size suits beds, cottage borders, and large patio containers. Repeated flowering from June into October and long-lasting stems make it especially useful for cutting.
