Chlorophytum comosum ‘Bonnie’ is a compact spider plant distinguished by curled, reflexed and twisted leaves. The narrow blades arise in a dense rosette, with dark-green margins and a creamy white central stripe. Mature plants form a rounded, spreading clump about 15–23 cm high and 30–46 cm wide. Slender arching runners carry small white flowers and young plantlets, making the cultivar especially effective in a hanging basket. It is hardy outdoors only in warm climates but is widely grown as an easy houseplant. Use an organically enriched, well-drained potting mix, bright indirect light, even moisture and moderate humidity. Avoid harsh direct sun, deep shade and mineral-heavy overfeeding that can brown the tips.
